Australian prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST for Australian shoppers but excludes shipping charges, if applicable, until checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay and Zip as methods of payment. Items are charged as soon as they are processed online.

All items are subject to the availability of stock and Mr Poppins+Co reserves the right to accept or decline any order placed.
Our Weekender Travel Bags are covered by a 5 year warranty and all other products a 2 year warranty. Should any defect of manufacture (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) occur please contact us before returning the item. We will gladly repair, replace or refund.
Seconds are items that are sold at a discount and exhibit a disclosed manufacturing fault. Returns or exchanges are not offered for seconds items. The manufacturers warranty still applies but does not cover the specific faults disclosed at the time of purchase.
Shipping is complimentary for all purchases over AU$99 within Australia/New Zealand and over AU$500 for the rest of the world. More info in Shipping and Returns.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to MrPoppinsCo or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Mr Poppins+Co mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
We may publish links on our blog or social media accounts that link to other service providers’ sites. This is by no means consent to send Mr Poppins+Co, or those businesses or individuals, unsolicited commercial messages or SPAM.
Limitation of liability
Mr Poppins+Co are not liable for any loss or damage or injury, howsoever caused which you may suffer or incur (including, but not limited to, damages arising out of, related to or resulting from your use or access to, or inability to access, this website, your reliance on any information provided herein, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operational transmission, computer virus, bugs etc).
If the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation states that there is a guarantee in respect of goods or services supplied, and Mr Poppins+Co's liability for failing to comply with that guarantee may not be excluded but may be limited, our liability for such failure is limited to, in the case of a supply of goods, replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods or repairing the goods, or in the case of supply of services, supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
If a dispute arises regarding these terms and conditions or our supply of goods and/or services, the laws of Western Australia, Australia, will apply. In relation to any such dispute, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, Australia if the dispute cannot be settled amicably. The place for resolution of disputes shall be Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
