What are your Australian shipping costs?
Delivery Australia-wide is FREE!

Do you ship globally?
Yes, costs are calculated at checkout. If you require express shipping please contact us and we will arrange a competitive quote for you.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We ask that you provide a physical address for delivery where someone can sign for your package as we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. A work address is acceptable.

Is insurance for shipping within Australia included?
Yes, up to $1500 if lost or damaged in transport.

Which courier service do you use?
Mr Poppins+Co trusts Sendle, DHL and Australia Post. We reserve the right to alter our courier service without notice.

When should I expect delivery?
In-stock items will be shipped Monday-Friday within 3 days of ordering and we'll let you know if there is a delay for any reason. Delivery within Australia can be expected within 3-10 business days of shipping, depending on your location. 

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days of your receiving a Shipping Confirmation email, please contact us and we will attempt to locate your item. Please allow up to 21 working days if you are an international customer. 

Do I have to sign for my delivery?
We require signature on delivery. 

In the case where your order is delivered and no one is available to sign for it, redelivery will be attempted within 5 days after which you will be left a card indicating when and where you can collect it. To avoid this kind of delay, we ask that you provide an address where someone can sign for your package. A work address is acceptable.
