Our Dusk seconds are perfect in every way except that the internal lining has been very lightly stained in isolated areas by ink during manufacture. These small areas of discolouration are on the inside lining only and vary in placement, size and visibility - some barely visible at all.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We ask that you provide a physical address for delivery where someone can sign for your package as we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. A work address is acceptable.
Is insurance for shipping within Australia included?
Yes, up to $1500 if lost or damaged in transport.
When should I expect delivery?
Delivery within Australia can be expected within 1-10 business days of order fulfilment, depending on your location. Please allow up to 21 working days if you are an international customer.
Can I return or exchange a second?
Seconds are items that are sold at a discount and exhibit a disclosed manufacturing fault. Returns or exchanges are not offered for seconds items. Select wisely!
Do you offer a warranty?
The manufacturers warranty still applies to seconds but does not cover the specific faults disclosed at the time of purchase. Should any defect of manufacture, beyond that mentioned in the listing above, (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) occur please contact us before returning the item. We will gladly repair or replace the product. Damage and/or defects caused by personal wear and tear, accidents or mistreatment will not be covered under warranty.
