What are your Australian shipping costs?

FREE shipping for all orders over 250 €/£/CHF/USD/CAD/NZD.
Please allow up to 21 working days if you are an international customer. If your destination is not offered at checkout, please contact us and we will arrange a competitive quote for you.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Which shipping services do you use?
Mr Poppins+Co trusts Sendle, DHL and Australia Post, at our discretion, unless you specifically request one at checkout. We reserve the right to alter our courier service without notice.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced during transit, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier with reference to the tracking code provided.
When should I expect delivery?
We dispatch orders daily, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery within Australia can be expected within 1-15 business days of order fulfilment, depending on your location. Delivery times are based on both Australia Post and Sendle delivery guidelines and Mr Poppins+Co will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Are there International duties and taxes to pay?
Duties and taxes may be applicable for orders shipped outside of Australia and are not included in the cost of the order.
Duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the receiver. If you are unsure of what these might be, we suggest contacting your local customs office.
Payment of these is necessary to release the order from customs. In the event that import taxes and duties are not paid and the shipment is refused by the receiver, the goods will be returned to us. A refund, less shipping and return fees, will be given on receipt of the returned goods.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Due to the high value of most of our packages, we normally send as signature required, however, due to changes put in place at the beginning of the Pandemic, many shipping companies have introduced contactless delivery. Processes differ between our delivery partners and states - some will require photo confirmation of delivery and some will sign on your behalf. We cannot give you a current status as to specific processes for each of our delivery partners but if you have any concerns please contact us before purchasing. If you want to waive the need to sign and have your package left in your absence, please let us know in the message box at cart.
What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?
In the case where your order is delivered and no one is available to sign for it, you will be left a card indicating what to do next - request redelivery or collect from a drop off point.
After 5 days, any unclaimed parcel will be returned to our Perth main office. In this case, the customer is liable for the associated shipping costs of redelivery.
Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from our head office in Perth, Western Australia.
Every effort has been made to ensure the product you see online is represented as close to the real thing as possible. Please be aware that, depending on your computer's settings, screens may display colours differently to that intended.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If you decide the product is not for you, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will email you a return form to start the return/exchange process.
Can I return Sale or Seconds items?
Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not offered for items bought on Sale those sold as Seconds.
I bought from a stockist, now what?
If you purchased from one of our stockists and not from the Mr Poppins+Co website, please contact them direct to consider and action a return or repair. While the 2 year manufacturer warranty may cover your repair, you will need to refer to the store's specific returns policy for change of mind or exchange.
Is my purchase covered by a warranty?
Our products are covered by a 2 year warranty. Should any defect of manufacture occur please contact us before returning the item so we can assess our claim. If deemed a fault of manufacture will gladly repair or replace the product.
Damage and/or defects caused by personal wear and tear, accidents or mistreatment will not be covered under warranty.
Are seconds covered under warranty?
Seconds are items that are sold at a discount because they exhibit a disclosed manufacturing fault at point of sale. The warranty still applies but does not cover the specific faults disclosed at the time of purchase.
I've found a manufacturing fault, now what?
Our products are made with care using quality materials considered for their end use. If you believe there is a manufacturing fault with your product, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange. If, after inspection, a product is agreed to have a manufacturing fault, Mr Poppins+Co will replace or repair the item and cover the replacement shipping costs, or offer a full refund.
We reserve the right not to refund, repair or replace any item showing damage consistent with personal wear and tear or mistreatment.
What if my purchase is damaged in delivery?
All products are inspected before shipping. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please inspect your goods when they arrive and notify us within 48 hrs of any quality concern.
What if my return gets lost in the mail?
Mr Poppins+Co takes no responsibility for lost returns. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that returns are packaged and sent via a trackable means.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds will be actioned within 14 days of receiving the return, minus original shipping and merchant fees.
All refunds will be in Australian Dollars. Your credit card company will convert this to your local currency automatically if you are an international customer.
