Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We ask that you provide a physical address for delivery where someone can sign for your package as we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. A work address is acceptable.
When should I expect delivery?
Delivery within Australia can be expected within 1-15 business days of order fulfilment, depending on your location. Please allow up to 21 working days if you are an international customer. Do you offer a warranty?
Our products are covered by a 12 month warranty. Should any defect of manufacture (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) occur please contact us before returning the item. We will gladly repair or replace the product. Damage and/or defects caused by personal wear and tear, accidents or mistreatment will not be covered under warranty.
